Terms & Conditions of Business

This website is operated by Freelance Fabrics (Kidlington) Ltd. Where terms such as "we", "us" and "our" are used in this document they refer to Freelance Fabrics (Kidlington) Ltd.

Freelance Fabrics (Kidlington) Ltd want to keep things as clear and simple as possible so we offer to do business with you on these terms:

When you buy something via our website you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions in this document.
All products shown on the website are available only while stocks last.
Whilst we take care to ensure that the information shown for a particular item is correct when it is put onto our website, we are not responsible if the details displayed are not accurate, complete or current.
Whilst we try to show as accurately as possible the appearance, colour, texture and finish of our products, what you see on your electronic device may be different, so the images may not be a totally accurate representation of the items you are purchasing.
Sometimes we may not be able to accept your order. Reasons for this may include:
The item is out of stock.
Your payment isn't authorised or we have reasonable grounds to suspect your payment may be fraudulent.
There has been an error in the way we described or priced the item.
Something goes wrong when you try to place the order.
Our customer safety checks have failed.
Any other reason which prevent us fulfilling your order.
When you place an order we will send you an email/text message confirming the details of your order. This is not confirmation that we have accepted your order.
Your order is only accepted by us once you have been sent an email/text message informing you that your items have been dispatched.
Any tuition must be paid for in full when you book a place. But if WE have to cancel the tuition booking for reasons outside our control, we will try to give you 10 days notice and you will receive a full refund. If YOU cancel the tuition booking you must give us at least 10 days notice in order to qualify for a refund (minus a 5% administration charge)
After you have completed your online purchase we will dispatch your order by Royal Mail in the UK within 24 hours, except at weekends and Bank Holidays when dispatch will take place as soon as the Post Office re-opens. See Delivery Information for more details.
If you change your mind about an order and wish to cancel you must contact us immediately to see if the items have been posted or not. If they have been sent you will need to return them to us at your own expense and within 28 days of the date of purchase to qualify for a refund. If your order has not been posted by the time we receive your cancellation our Refund Policy shall apply.
Freelance Fabrics (Kidlington) Ltd shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, special, consequential or incidental damages including loss of profit or opportunity resulting from the use of or the inability to use items ordered on our website.
You agree to indemnify Freelance Fabrics (Kidlington) Ltd and our agents, officers, directors and employees, immediately and upon demand, against all claims, liability, damages, costs and expenses, including legal fees, which arise from any breach of any of our terms and conditions.
The courts of England and Wales shall have sole jurisdiction over these terms and conditions according to English law.
The agreement between Freelance Fabrics (Kidlington) Ltd and you, the purchaser, are governed by these terms and conditions and supersede any others, written or oral, previously made between the two parties.
Freelance Fabrics (Kidlington) Ltd may change these terms and conditions at any time.
If any term or part thereof is found to be unenforceable in law then the remainder of the terms and conditions shall continue to have full force and effect as if the invalidated term was not included.
We will not be held responsible for any delay or failure to comply with our obligations under the above terms and conditions where the cause id beyond our control.

REFUND POLICY

We hope you will be happy with your online order from Freelance Fabrics (Kidlington) Ltd, but if you aren't please contact us within 14 days of the order date to arrange to return the item for exchange or refund in accordance with the terms below.

1. This policy sets out the returns policy for goods or services purchased through the online store operated by Freelance Fabrics (Kidlington) Ltd.

2. Refunds will only be made if your item is unused and in the same condition in which you received it, and it must be in the original packaging. It would be helpful if you could contact us before returning the item.

3. Specially ordered items, patterns (knitting & sewing) or cut fabric that isn't a standard size are not eligible for return or refund.

4. Some services cannot be returned for a refund, for example where the service begins as soon as you make the payment (e.g. a downloadable software product) or a gift card or gift wrapping service

5. You have rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations to change your mind about a purchase you have made within 7 working days after the date of delivery, you are entitled to a full refund of the original purchase price for the goods or services you wish to return, and the original postage and packing charges made. But you are not entitled to a refund of the cost you incur in returning the item to us.

6. Where an item is faulty, not as described or does not work properly, please contact us first before requesting a refund as we may be able to resolve your problem to your satisfaction.

7. Once your return is received and inspected we'll contact you to let you know whether your refund will be processed or not, and credit your original method of payment.

8. If you haven't received a refund yet where we have told you we have issued one, please check your bank account or card statement to make sure it hasn't been received and then contact your bank as some banks or card companies take a number of days to credit your account.

9. If an item you purchased was purchased with a discount voucher, then we will only refund the amount that you paid (and not the amount the item was listed for).

10. Items purchased in a sale are not be eligible for a refund unless they are faulty. If you are in any doubt please contact us before making the purchase.
