There is a Janome sewing machine that caters to everyone needs.
We start with the basic 2200XT. This is a great all round machine with a good selection of popular stitches and features. It is a really easy to use two dial model, one for stitch selection and the other for adjusting stitch length. It just couldn’t be simpler. The automatic 4-step buttonhole produces perfect buttonholes and there’s plenty of accessory storage and a soft cover for protection.
Moving up to the J3/24, an excellent machine which is packed with a superb selection of stitches and features. It is a really easy to use three dial model, one for stitch selection, one for adjusting stitch length and the other for stitch width adjustment. The automatic 1-step buttonhole produces perfect buttonholes in one easy step whilst the automatic needle threader takes the strain out of threading the needle. This model has a hard cover for protection.
For dressmakers we have the 725S which will take you through all kinds of projects and also includes features that advanced sewers will appreciate. It’s the perfect modern mechanical machine for beginners to learn the stitch settings with all the necessary utility stitches plus many more, together with a 1-step buttonhole. It’s easy to start sewing with the built-in needle threader, the top loading bobbin and the LED light. A hard cover comes as standard and the accessories can be stored in the convenient drawer at the front of the machine.?
The computerised 230DC is light enough to carry to classes with 30 built-in stitches for creating all kinds of projects and lots of easy to use features which make sewing a pleasure. The 5060QDC is the machine featured on Sewing Bee. It is just the right size machine to sew with at home or to transport to classes. It has 60 built-in stitches, an extension table and extra feet for quilting are included too.This easy to use high spec computerised model has an easy-set, jam proof drop in bobbin and a needle threader to help you get started. With a 7 Piece Superior Feed System (SFS+) there’s great fabric control and a free arm to tackle all those tricky tasks.

The Janome HD9 is the perfect flat bed, straight stitch only machine for serious sewing and quilting and comes with a one year warranty. Its unique large bobbin design holds 40% more thread than a standard bobbin and the machine has an independent bobbin winding motor and a remote thread cutter compatible socket. This model is perfect for larger projects: home decorating, quilts, occasion dresses and sewing heavy weight fabrics. The HD9 has no oil lubrication holes in the bed, therefore no oil stains on fabrics!
