Round 1: Using Black/Cream, join yarn with a standing dc into the 2nd st in the cnr of the motif in the top right on the short side, dc in the same st, 2dc in the next st, *(ch2, sk2, dc) 7 times, ch2, dc into first st on next motif**; rep from * up to last motif, (ch2, sk2, dc) 7 times, dc in the same st, 2dc in next st; rep from * to ** up to last motif, (ch2, sk2, dc) 7 times, dc in the same st, 2dc in next st; rep from * to ** up to last motif, (ch2, sk2, dc) 7 times, dc in the same st, 2dc in next st; rep from * to ** up to last motif , (ch2, sk2, dc) 6 times, ch2, sl st to join, Cut yarn and fasten off.

Round 3: Using Black/ Cream, join yarn with standing dc between first and last st of the previous round, *(ch 2, sk2, dc between sts group 3 times, (ch2, sk3, dc between sts group) to next corner, (ch 2, sk2, dc between sts group) 3 times, (ch2, sk3, dc between sts group) to next corner, rep from * around and sl st to join. Cut yarn and fasten off.

Round 5: Using Black/Cream, join yarn with standing dc between first and last st of the previous round, *(ch 2, sk2, dc between sts) twice, (ch2, sk3, dc between sts) to next corner, (ch 2, sk2, dc between sts) twice, (ch2, sk3, dc between sts) to next corner; rep from * around and sl st to join.
