Flare-Free Made in England Dress Net Fabric with a huge range of uses: tutus, underskirts, veils, wedding gowns, petti coats, fancy dress, costumes, dance costumes. Using many layers this net is ideal to create a puffed out look on gowns. Also great for party decorations, stage decor, window displays, shop displays, etc. 

Washing Instructions – Manufacturer says: Cool hand wash. We strongly recommend testing a small piece first to be sure.
